Ashtanga CT is a yoga shala in Greenwich, Connecticut, dedicated to the traditional teachings of Ashtanga yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
We offer morning Mysore style classes in addition to led primary instruction each week. All levels are welcome. The traditional Ashtanga Yoga method allows for the practice to be tailored to an individual’s needs and ability, addressing imbalances between strength and flexibility in the body. Postures in the sequence build in difficulty as practitioners develop a subtle but powerful yoga practice under the guidance of an authorized Ashtanga teacher.
